• Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original condition, including all tags and packaging materials.
4. Ship Your Item(s): Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Multipurpose Vests are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
